  Very slow service, food not very hot at all. Only positive is the touch screen ordering so I still got exactly what I ordered. Lots of improvement needed

  Got stuck in the toilet with no toilet paper left. Rang up to say so, only to then be told by a ignorant guy to use my hands. At least Subway and the fish and chip restaurants have the decency to help you along with your bathroom fiascos.
  Will never come back here again.

  Very convenient to buy something to eat and browse the internet since they offer free WiFi. Friendly staff, wheelchair friendly although they can't go up stairs so they'll have to eat at the bottom.
